Findings from existing literature indicate that T&D significantly improves employee productivity, job satisfaction, innovation capability, and retention. At the organizational level, T&D enhances profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. The study highlights that in the Indian consumer goods sector—where rapid market evolution demands continuous upskilling—T&D acts as a strategic driver of sustainable enterprise development.
